Each month a member of the group presents a programme on a composer, performer, instrument, theme, etc. in classical music, utilizing CDs, DVDs and You Tube to illustrate their talk. There is usually some discussion on the pieces played, which sometimes leads to a topic for another programme. It is not necessary to play an instrument, be a singer or be able to read music; all that is required is enjoyment of classical music and a preparedness to learn and, of possible, contribute.
